Due to the fact that all communication is regarding product updates and as such not marketing emails, we highly recommend against opting out, although you can unsubscribe, at the bottom of the new version emails.
Instances are hosted in the Amazon Web Services cloud which is a global distributed system.
You can edit your data at any time from your profile page.
Octus maintains all customer data until until the client requests its deletion or until 2 months after the client has finished the collaboration with Octus. At any moment, the personal details can be ammended.
As all the data saved in Octus is strictly for your business' benefit and usage, we will require administrator or manager approval for any data export. For backup purpose, you should not worry, Octus has daily backups off your whole instance.
